Job Summary
Responsible for developing, organizing, planning and implementing all established procedures, practices, policies and methods for the electrical control functions to ensure the highest level of efficiency and operational reliability while controlling cost. Supervises a crew of 8 – 12 maintenance electricians and provides leadership to achieve all current and long term business goals and objectives. Works closely with other departments to coordinate production and maintenance schedules. Recommends improvement projects and changes to operational and maintenance procedures to improve overall Company performance.
Special Qualifications
Educational Requirements: Degree in electrical engineering or a closely related field; relevant work experience will be considered
Work Experience: 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Related Training & Experience: Minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience
Must be able to work extended hours and be available for call-outs 24/7
Familiarity with boilers and power generation equipment highly desirable
Job Summary
When deemed necessary, fills in for a designated Farm Supervisor. Responsible for organizing, controlling planning and coordinating procedures, policies and practices of all operational functions associated with the cultivation of agricultural crops while maintaining high agronomic standards, techniques, methods, performance and productivity to achieve maximum yield potential. Directs and coordinates the activities of subordinates to accomplish all company/department objectives and goals. Works closely with all departments to achieve production goals while controlling cost. Stays abreast of and progressively implements new research, development and improvements to enhance procedures and methods to improve asset utilization and overall Company performance.
Special Qualifications
Educational Requirements: College degree in agricultural or closely related disciplines.
Experience: Must have at least 2 years of post-graduate experience in the cultivation of agricultural crops. Verifiable work experience will also be considered.
Other: Must possess good administrative, personnel, and overall communications skills.

Supervises subordinates to achieve all objectives and goals. Works closely with all departments to optimize production and maintenance schedules to improve productivity. Recommends improvement projects and changes to operational and maintenance procedures to improve overall Company performance.
Special Qualifications
Educational Requirements: BS in Mechanical Engineering or related skills.
Experience Requirements: 5 years work experience.
Specialized Skills: Computer skills, preferably Windows, Word, Excel.
Other Requirements Desired: Communication skills. Must be able to work shifts.

Special Qualifications
Educational Requirements: Degree in engineering field or specialized training in power plant operations and maintenance.
Experience Requirements: 5 years of operational or maintenance experience with power plant equipment.
Related Training & Experience to be considered: 5 years management experience.
Specialized Skills: Ability to schedule energy production and distribution to meet internal and external demands.
Other Requirements Desired: Knowledge of boiler and steam turbine operations and maintenance.
Must be able to work shifts.
